Light-green faience composition shabti wearing a tripartite wig and braided beard, standing mummiform with hands crossed over the chest to hold the crook and flail, and a seed-bag over the left shoulder. A framed frontal column of hieroglyphs reading: 'Shining forth the Osiris, the general of the army, Padichas, true of voice'. The tomb was discovered in the Giza Plateau in 1840. Mounted
Formerly in the private collection of renowned Egyptologist Bob Brier, New York. This shabti was purchased in Luxor in 1974 from Sayed Molattam, a licensed antiquity dealer. Later, sold to Ted Halkedis who built the Thalassic collection of antiquities. Copies of documents will be transferred to buyer.
