To better serve our customers, we offer the option to reserve items for a period not exceeding three (3) days. Reserving an item locks the item from being purchased by another party. This feature does not prevent users from viewing the item(s).
If another party expresses interest in a reserved item, we will contact you. We reserve the right to terminate or cancel any reserved item if we notice any abuse or misuse of this service.
HOW TO RESERVE AN ITEM
Click on “Inquire about this item” from the item page.
In the message field include the word “reserve.”
Upon receiving your message, the item will be listed on “reserve” for your purchase within three (3) days.
NOTE: Items are listed on reserve manually. Medusa will release reserved items after three (3) days if not contacted. We reserve the right to terminate or cancel any reserved item.
