Can I print some images for a school project?
Yes, if there's no charge for the user(s) and if electronic distribution is of limited term to your school.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, upon request via e-mail or phone.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. Medusa Ancient Art will refund the full purchase price (less shipping) within 14 days of the purchase date. Items can also be exchanged within 30 days. For exchanges, customers will pay for both shipments. This does not apply to items purchased on the Flexible Payment Plan or other customized payment plans.
Do you offer a guarantee on all pieces?
Yes. Medusa Ancient Art offers a lifetime money-back guarantee of authenticity refund. If a piece purchased is not as represented, the purchase price will be refunded in full – it’s that simple.
Do you offer next day delivery?
For most pieces, yes, as long as the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. EST. Contact us to ensure delivery details for urgent orders.
How can I be sure that pieces I purchase are authentic?
Medusa Ancient Art guarantees each piece and you can rest assured that any item you select is authentic and as represented.
How do I obtain permission to use medusa-art.com files in a commercial publication?
You must request and receive written permission from Medusa-art.com. Please include a minimal description of your project, your name, address, telephone and e-mail address. Permission for such use is granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Medusa-art.com. A usage fee or donation may be involved depending on the type and nature of the proposed use.
If I purchase a piece, do I get a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all purchases are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. In addition, all pieces over $1,500 include a certificate issued by the Art Loss Register™, the world’s largest database of lost and stolen art.
