Standing on an integral plinth, depicted mummiform with the arms crossed at the chest, holding the pick, hoe, and seed-sack over his left shoulder, and wearing a braided beard and tripartite wig, inscribed with the shabti spell (Chapter VI Book of the Dead) in two vertical lines on the back and ten horizontal lines at the front with the titulary and parental affiliation, the full text reading:
(1- r. back) Psamtik-sa-neith, son of the general Psamtik-[em]-awy-neith, born of the lady of the house Neith-em-hat
(2- l. back) O you shabti! If one should assign the Osiris [Psamtik-sa-neith, son of] the general Psa [mtik-mer-neith, born of the lady of the house]
(3) Neith-em-hat, to do any work that is to be done there
(4) in the necropolis, once obstacles have been removed
(5) there from a man at his duties, “HereI am!”
(6) you shall say. And if you should be assigned
(7) at any time to do (work) there-
(8) to cultivate fields,
(9) to irrigate river-
(10) banks, or to trans-
(11) port sand
