By visiting Medusa-Art.com, you agree to the laws of the Country of Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, we will govern this Policy and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Medusa-Art.com

By ordering from Medusa Ancient Art, Inc., also referred to as ‘Medusa-Art.com’, ‘our’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘(WWW)’, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

a) The authenticity of the object listed in our (WWW) online catalog is guaranteed ancient and is described to the best of our knowledge.

b) The purchase price payable by a buyer will be the sum of the merchandise, shipping and insurance, and any applicable sales tax or packing fees. The total price is listed before submitting an order.

c) In the event multiple buyers place an order at the same time, we will have absolute discretion to determine the successful buyer. We shall have no liability whatsoever over any dispute.

d) We reserve the right to withdraw any object before or during the live listing in our (WWW) online catalog, and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

e) As a convenience to buyers we also accept orders via telephone and fax. We are not responsible for failing to process such orders or for any omissions in connection therewith. In the event a buyer places an order before we execute it, the first processed order, will be the successful buyer.

f) No object(s) may be shipped or removed from our premises until we have received the purchase price in full or specified terms and conditions as we, in our sole discretion, have been satisfied.

g) Shipping prices may vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the shipping rate listed in our (WWW) online catalog. If there is an additional change, we will notify the buyer before proceeding. We shall have no liability whatsoever for such dispute.

h) Medusa-Art.com will refund full purchase price less shipping fees, within 10 days of purchase. We will exchange items within 30 days. For exchanges, customers will pay for both the return of the purchase and the shipping of the new purchase. Items bought on a flexible purchase plan or on clearance are not entitled to refunds. Medusa-Art.com provides a lifetime money back authenticity refund. All claims must be accompanied by a written statement from a reputable ancient art dealer or museum curator.

i) All packages that are to be shipped will include a shipping tracking number. We are not responsible for delays occurred by the courier company or postal service. For further information, please see the terms and conditions offered by the courier company or postal service.

j) We are not responsible for delays occurred by your countries custom officials. For further information, please contact your local customs office to discuss the laws and regulations for importing antiques of an age exceeding (100) one hundred years old. HS Code 9706.

k) Checks, money orders and bank drafts should be received no later than (14) fourteen days from the date of purchase, afterwards we reserve the right to cancel the order. Payment must be cleared and released by our financial institution before we ship an order.

l) When an order is placed, the object becomes listed as 'Sold', we keep the objects information and images live in our (WWW) online catalog for a period of no more than (1) one year. However, upon receipt of full payment, the buyer may request the deletion of the complete listing from our (WWW) online catalog.

m) For security reasons, we reserve the right to contact the buyer to validate an order or request a signed authorization and photocopy of the credit card used for the order.

n) We reserve photographic re-publishing rights for all items sold by Medusa Ancient Art, Inc.

o) We reserve the right to reject any order.
